If you are not familiar with Australia’s own Cyndi O’Meara, here’s some background information:
Cyndi O’Meara’s aim is to change lives; she inspires you with the beauty of vibrant health and greater joy of living. She is not your typical nutritionist. She disagrees with low fat, low calorie diets, thinks chocolate can be good for you, and coffee is not so bad. Cyndi loves butter and thinks that cheating and eating yummy foods is all part of a good balanced diet.
Cyndi’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Nutrition from Deakin University and University of Colorado, with postgraduate studies in human anatomy. She regularly writes for magazines and newspapers and can be heard weekly on many radio stations around the country. She’s also been a guest on numerous television shows and the television series NOURISH.
Cyndi has achieved international and national success with her two books Changing Habits Changing Lives and Companion Cookbook, along with her audio and DVD program. She was also named Sunshine Coast Business Woman of the Year 2003 and now spends much of her time travelling and enjoys prompting people to make changes in their life.
